Attached is the document on the Common Regulation for our development. To access the document "Click" on the picture to the Left.
Regulations are based on the Lakefield Manor Condominium By-Laws and Declaration of Ownership. In case of a conflict between the aforementioned documents and the following regulations, the aforementioned documents stand as the rule.
Copies of Lakefield Manor's By-Laws, Declaration of Ownership, along with updated Amendments are available at the Erie County Recorder's office. The Board will not provide copies.

Single and Double Home Condominium Living
This is what you receive for the monthly maintenance fee
(1). Insurance for your condo/unit structure.
(2). Trash removal including recycling provisions curbside.
(3). Lawn service-grass cutting including edging, fertilizing, weed control, and front bed maintenance.
(4). Landscaping maintenance of the entryway and common grounds; tree trimming/removal/replacement.
(5). Street maintenance which includes curbs, parking pads and street sealing.
(6). Unit maintenance per BYLAW guidelines.
(7). Snow removal and ice control.
(8). Pool and amenities.
(9). Community room service including weekly coffee and game time.
(10). Coordinated social events (volunteer social comm.)
(11). Volunteer Board members.
(12). A safe, clean-living environment.
